Debola Agunbiade, is a multiple award winning business manager, Economist, Chartered Accountant, Risk Manager and Financial Advisor with over 17 years working experience, in various aspects of accounting, finance, risk and asset management. She is the Founder and the pioneer Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of CandourCrest Africa Limited (CCA), the Company she founded having dedicated a total of fourteen (14) years to the service of CFS Financial Services (Formerly Citicorp Financial Services) out of which she spent four (4) years as the first Female Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
She achieved her first degree in Economics from Lagos State University. She also has a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a professional specialist member of the Institute of Risk Management (United Kingdom) as well as an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketers of Nigeria. She is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School, where she participated in Chief Executive Programme.
Debola was the first female president of the Finance House Association of Nigeria, the umbrella body of all finance houses, an advocacy organization, which has witnessed revival and vibrancy under her leadership. Debola recently joined Women in Business, Management and Public Service (WIMBIZ) due to her interest in advancing the course of women.

Kola is finance professional with length of experience exceeding 20 years and breathe across multiple sectors including professional services, FMCG, Information Technology and Education Sectors with specialisation in various aspects of accounting and finance. Having trained at Ernst & Young (EY,) he held senior finance roles across organisations including British American Tobacco, SAP and Internet Solutions (a dimension data company). He is currently the ACCA’s regional financial controller for the Africa Region providing business and finance support to market heads in over 12 different countries within the region.
A recipient of awards across organisations, Kola has been involved in the design and implementation of finance policies, reviews, and preparation of financial statements as well as using the knowledge of accounting and finance to partner with the business to achieve its objectives, while focusing on developing younger talents within the finance community. He aims to continually achieve excellence by undertaking high value adding activities, thrive on challenges, develop broader skills and being committed to opportunities for life long learning.
Kola is a graduate of Accounting and Applied Accounting from Yaba College of Technology, Nigeria and the Oxford Brookes University, UK. Additionally, He holds a MBA from the Manchester Business School, UK and also and MSc from the University of London, UK. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), UK as well as an Associate member of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
